We will prepare the property for pictures, take pictures, advertise on multiple different platforms and communicate with prospective tenants.  

We will show the property to prospective tenants, vet them and choose the best tenant for your property. 

We will handle the initial move in fees as well as collect monthly rent and deposit all profits into your account in a timely manner. 

From electricians, plumbers, landscaping, plowing and handyman services; we will find them, schedule them and pay them.

In the unfortunate event that a tenant must be evicted, we will assist in that process. 

We have relationships with multiple local banks and can set you up with the best fit for you. We'll get you started with the pre-approval process and later full funding. 

We'll set you up with a Real Estate agent and help you find the perfect property. We'll show you how to analyze profit and loss for each property so you can make the right choice. 

We'll be there for you during closing and walk you through the entire process. 

Finally, we'll handle everything listed above for property management. From getting the place ready to rent, getting renters, collecting rent and sending you your payments each month. We're there for you every step of the way.
